Who processes your data
Spark Events, Brussels. For any question about your data, write to one of the managers: contact page.
What the site collects
Nothing. The site has no forms and asks you for no data. No bank details go through it: tickets are paid for on PassPass.
If you call or email a manager, they receive what you send: your number or email address, your name and your message.
Why
Only to answer you, prepare a quote or review an ambassador application. No resale, no newsletter without your consent.
Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (quotes) and your consent (contact and applications), which you can withdraw at any time.
Who receives it
Spark's two managers, Raphaël Dauw and Adrian Gonzalez, on their phones and their Gmail (Google) inboxes. These providers may be located outside the European Union; in that case they are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long
As long as needed to handle your request and follow up, after which the data is deleted.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. It only keeps your cookie choice ("spark_consent" cookie, six months). Analytics, when switched on, only load with your consent; they are anonymous and cookie-free. You can change your mind at any time with the "Cookies" link at the bottom of every page. When you choose tickets, the PassPass window or page applies its own privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or port your data, and object to its processing, by writing to the address above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, dataprotectionauthority.be).
Under 16 and want to become an ambassador? Talk to your parents before contacting the managers.
