Event planning
Your event, produced by Spark.

How we work
Seven steps, from the first call to the day after the party.
- 1
First conversation
You tell us about the project: the crowd, the mood, the date, the budget.
- 2
Requirements
We list what's actually needed: venue, capacity, tech, timing, constraints.
- 3
Creative concept
We pitch an idea that fits you: format, music, decor, running order.
- 4
Budget proposal
You get a detailed budget, line by line. Nothing is booked without your go-ahead.
- 5
Planning and coordination
We book the venue and suppliers, lock the schedule and the guest list.
- 6
Production
Decor, sound, light, photo and video: everything is prepared and set up before doors open.
- 7
On the night
The Spark team stays on site until closing, so you can enjoy your own party.
What we can take on
Whatever the budget
Small party or big production, tell us what you want to spend. We'll suggest what's doable with it, no fixed packages.

Event planning
Venue, suppliers, artists, ticketing and the running order. You sign off on the choices, we handle the rest.

Nightlife
Where we started: venue, DJs, live showcase, lights and online ticketing, the way we do it for Ghost, Pulse and Mirage.

Student and school events
Proms, back-to-school nights, end-of-year parties, for schools and European schools. We know this crowd: it's the Pulse and Ghost crowd.

Private events
Birthdays, family parties, a night with friends. A venue, a DJ, decor and a team on site, sized to your budget.

Photography
A photographer on site for the stage, the room and the faces, with photos ready for your socials.

Videography
Aftermovies, reels, showcase recordings. Short formats, cut for Instagram and TikTok.

Decoration and scenography
Photo walls, lighting, confetti, sparklers, room dressing: the setting people remember on the way home.
